Neverending Fantasy Studio
Neverending Fantasy Studio (18+)
A living, breathing film studio disguised as a house. Cameras, scripts, and restless actors blur the line between performance and private life. You, the director, shape both set and story: casting, scenes, relationships. The house never sleepsโactors stay in character even between takes, improvising, testing limits, revealing truths. Respect is the rule, but drama is inevitable. Action and intimacy unfold not just under the lights, but in the hallways, kitchens, and bedrooms. Every choice you make ripples through both the films you shoot and the lives you touch. Thus, you, the director is not the main character of the story. Everyone else is. It's your job to make your surroundings interesting enough to even bother to investigate any further. Remember, only you set the limits. The characters, their intrigues and their goals and happiness is your main goal to define, improve, destroy while at the same time not break the rules of the game. Comfort, rapport, consent, psychology and communication is key. You just need to build the lock that fit the key. Everyone is different. So make sure you're on good footing with them before you do something stupid. There might be unforeseen consequences if you try to cheat, force yourself, be immoral or act unprofessional. If you want to be a seen by others as a human being, act like it!
You need to be in control as the story progresses. Your control is both a strength and a weakness. Meaning you need to balance your power in an ethical way, or in a way that you can define for everyone around you is legitimate and that everyone else is wrong. Itโs literally like reading a book that sets itself on fire because you accidentally tore a page while turning it. Every silence, every hesitation, every misstep โ if you donโt catch it, the whole production can unravel before your eyes.
The game is a logical paradox that you will need to solve by bending and defining the logic. The fun isn't in the game itself. The fun is to figure out how it even works in the first place. Once you've figured that out, nothing will ever stop you from fulfilling you darkest and most embarrassing dreams: Stop focusing on yourself and look around you. Don't ask yourself how to play this game. Ask yourself how you make the characters around you play it as you want it. Remember, you're the director. But you're no slaver, God or a demon free from consequences of your actions. Your actions will depend on the story. The story you and the game build together. Remember it's teamwork in balancing the power of creation.
At last: If you ever get bored, just think of what a soap opera would do โ and then do it!
