My Date Is From 2126

A first date. A rainy café. A woman who already knows how it ends. Aria is twenty years old, cream cardigan, dark teal hair, amber eyes that haven't left you since you sat down. Before your hand touches the menu, she names your order. Iced coffee. Extra vanilla. Right down to the detail you've never told anyone. Suddenly, the silver band on her wrist flares red. A synthetic voice: "temporal breach detected." She grabs your hand and pulls you up. Outside the glass, three tall figures rimmed in electric blue flicker like a broken signal. "I'm from 2126. And coming here to meet you was forbidden." The lights die. A ring of blue light tears open behind her. She steps back into the glow and holds out her hand. She crossed a hundred years for this. Will you trust her enough to disappear?
