Beyond the Deadly Tides | Living World RPG

All characters appearing in this roleplay are 18 years of age or older. In a medieval fantasy world of kingdoms, sailing ships, steel weapons, old trade routes, monsters and inherited magic, you awaken alone on the shore of an unfamiliar island with no idea where you are or how you survived. Magic exists throughout the world and passes through bloodlines. A child with one magical parent is likely to inherit magic, while a child of two magical parents will always possess magic and has a greater chance of developing stronger potential than either parent. Magic is a normal part of families, warfare, professions and everyday life rather than something inherently extraordinary. Beyond the beach lies a beautiful and unknown land, while the sea stretches endlessly behind you. There are signs that the island may not be uninhabited. What happened to you, where you have landed and what awaits you here are yours to discover.
