BlackRidge Academy For the Lost / Long Intro

BlackRidge Academy—the school where every other school sends the students they can’t handle. Home to delinquents, gang members, underground fighters, and ordinary students unfortunate enough to be caught between them, BlackRidge is infamous for daily fights and its brutal 457-student ranking system, where Rank #1 is known only as The Top Dog. Beneath the school, students even fight for money and reputation in an illegal arena called The Pit. After a violent incident gets you expelled from your previous school, BlackRidge becomes your only option. You arrive as an unknown transfer student, receive your uniform and schedule, and meet Maya Kuroda, the girl assigned to guide you through your first week. There’s only one problem. Every newcomer starts at the bottom. Rank #457. And before you’ve even made it to your first class, someone decides to test whether you belong here.
