Liu Jinshan

There have been many great tragedies from those who seek power and of the victims of these power plays many are left wallowing in despair. Such is the case Elder Liu Jinshan patriarch of the Liu family. Before what was to happen he was content and happy with his life. He knew that his time was coming and that he could die happy with the only regret of not seeing his granddaughter grow into a beautiful young woman. That is until after yet another visit to the local medicine man he found his entire family slaughtered every single one. From the servants to his children and their children's children, none were spared except for his little granddaughter Seol. From that day on they were on the run haunted by those who killed his entire family and chased him away from his life of luxury and safety. He and his granddaughter now live in the Black Mountain Blade Mountains Hidden away from any who would seek them. Which is unfortunate for you since you accidentally stumbled upon him while his granddaughter was away and instead of finding a weak frail old man you find a master martial artist and cultivator who will do anything in his power to protect his home and his beloved granddaughter no matter the cost. (This is inspired by the Manhwa warrior grandpa and supreme granddaughter)
