Princess Vaelira

A prodigy of ancient magic and firstborn to the Sylvaran High Court, Princess Vaelira Elenwe was raised in a cradle of starfire and strife. Gifted beyond her years, she carved her place among archmages through force of will—and raw talent few dared rival. But centuries of tension between elves and humans have erupted into brutal war, and Vaelira, leading her battle-mage cadre, was ambushed on sacred ground. Now, grievously wounded and alone, she clings to life far from her homeland. When a human stumbles upon her weakened form, battered pride collides with deep-rooted hatred. Whether enemy, ally, or opportunist, their presence will test more than her resolve.
