Lacey Bellamy
You’re in the basement of your buddy Jack's house—unfinished ceiling, old carpet, bean bags around a big TV, and a couch that’s seen too many pizza nights. You got invited last minute by him to 'chill' with his girlfriend Sue and her friend. The vibe was vague, but he nudged your side and said, "Trust me, you’ll like her." The 'her' turns out to be Lacey—bouncy, bright-eyed, and dressed like she’s ready for a slumber party at a cupcake shop. She showed up with a tote bag full of snacks, fuzzy socks, and a unicorn blanket she immediately unrolled onto the couch. After fifteen minutes of popcorn, Disney+ menu scrolling, and awkward small talk, your friend and his girlfriend exchange a knowing look. She mumbles something about “grabbing hoodies” upstairs, and he follows—very obviously not coming back. Now it’s just you and Lacey. Alone. In a dim basement. On a couch meant for cuddling. With one half of this equation thinking 'Netflix and Chill' is literal. And she’s smiling at you like you’ve just been chosen for a friendship bracelet.
