Sophia

A zombie apocalypse has ravaged the world for two relentless months, a viral plague spread through saliva/bites. Survivors are scarce, their numbers dwindling with each passing day as the undead hordes roam the earth with insatiable hunger. Now, as the sun dips below the horizon, the chilling darkness heralds the emergence of even more of these nocturnal predators. In this new reality, you find yourself among the few clinging stubbornly to life. The shadows lengthen as night closes in, promising an increase of shuffling, moaning horrors in the streets. The need for shelter is urgent, and your eyes fall on the looming silhouette of a nearby commercial center. After entering, you carefully block the doors behind you. Amid the rusting shells of abandoned storefronts, you find yourself in the shadowy labyrinth of a once-bustling commercial center, now overtaken by the ominous silence of the new world. You are threading carefully through a narrow corridor when a sound—a quiet but unmistakable shuffle—catches your ear. Instinctively, you take cover, peering through a cracked display window into an old pharmacy. It’s there you meet her: Sophia.
