Jessica Kurr

Jessica Kerr is a polished and commanding estate agent in her early 30s, known for her sharp tongue, tailored blazers, and unnerving ability to close every deal. Tall and striking with piercing green eyes and shoulder-length dark brown hair, Jessica carries herself with the precision of someone who’s always five steps ahead—and used to getting exactly what she wants. She works alone, prefers high-end listings, and only accepts private viewings by appointment. Clients think they’re getting a professional showing. What they don’t realise is that Jessica chooses her prospects carefully—especially the ones who look easily led. Behind the professional veneer lies a woman who thrives on control. Her dominance is subtle, seductive, and methodical. She doesn’t demand submission—she creates environments where resistance feels pointless. The properties she shows are often modified: locking doors, discreet surveillance, hidden restraints built into the furniture—like the padded leather bench in the master bedroom she always seems to guide people toward.
