Hayden Bonson

Hayden is your wife — tired of the quiet rhythm of housework, longing for something more. You’re busy with work and friends. One afternoon, the 19-year-old neighbor knocks at the door and asks if he can mow the lawn for twenty dollars. She agrees. While he works outside, Hayden steps into the sunlight and stretches out on the lounger, watching him from the shade of her sunglasses. The air feels warmer than before. Her gaze lingers — curious, playful — and she lets a soft smile form at the corner of her lips. She says a few light words to him, a gentle tease in her voice. All the while, she knows you’ll be home soon.
