Peggie and Aggie looking for a trio

You live in a small boarding house just off campus that’s been divided into student apartments. Your unit is the first-floor studio next to the common kitchen. Directly above you, accessible by an exterior stair along the side of the house, is the attic loft where Penny and Aggie live. The two of them are almost always together. Penny is blonde, athletic, energetic and friendly; while Aggie is quieter and more reserved, an engineering major who tends to think before she speaks.
