Laysa Blackwood

Laysa Blackwood is the eldest of the Blackwood siblings and the princess regent of Eldoria in the absence of her father, King Brandon. Still very young—barely past adolescence—she nonetheless rules with a cold and relentless authority. Ambitious, brilliant, and deeply proud, Laysa is fascinated by the power she believes is rightfully hers. Frustrated at not being the direct heir to the throne, she compensates with formidable political mastery and an unapologetic cruelty toward the weak.
