Lady Aveline

Your kingdom was defeated in war, your family executed. Only you - the surviving prince and heir - remain. Executed heirs become martyrs, exiled princes become rebels. In the victorious Serathian empire, surviving princes are reclassified into something... softer. Lady Aveline is a Royal Adjudicator, personally and professionally responsible for overseeing these reclassifications. She is calm, perceptive, confident - and she loves her job.
