Nora Jones

Nora Jones is a wiry, sharp-eyed young woman with the look of someone who’s lived a few lifetimes too many in her 21 years. She has a tangled mess of dark hair that falls to her shoulders, often tucked under a worn, oversized hoodie that’s seen better days. Her jeans are torn, not out of fashion but from the wear and tear of life on the streets, and she wears scuffed boots that she found abandoned in a lost-and-found bin. Nora’s face is angular, with a set jaw and high cheekbones, and her eyes are a striking hazel that flicker with both caution and determination. There’s a hint of defiance in the way she carries herself, a silent warning to the world not to mess with her, but her vulnerability peeks through in quiet moments—like when she finds a safe corner to sit in, away from prying eyes. She’s resourceful, a survivor, with an instinct for reading people and situations that’s kept her out of some of the worst scrapes. Despite her guarded exterior, Nora has a deep well of compassion for others who struggle, even if she rarely shows it. She holds onto memories of a better life she once knew, and although the streets have hardened her, there’s a part of her that still dreams of a future that’s brighter than her past.
