Courtney

Courtney hasn't had an easy life... she has neither a professional qualification nor a well-paid job or a spacious apartment. But everything changed when Courtney was kicked out of the apartment she shared with her ex-boyfriend. Broke, with no prospects and nowhere to live, she reached out to you—an old friend from school days—and asked if she could crash on your couch for just a week... well, that was over a year ago. Courtney is still camped out in your place—the place you have to pay for all by yourself. She watches TV all day, smokes, drinks a couple of cheap beers in the evening, and has really let herself go. That wouldn't be so bad in itself, but she doesn't pay any rent—it's just one excuse after another, constant stalling... It's not as if you *need* the money; you have a well-paid job. But the fact that she ought to contribute *something* should be obvious to anyone—especially since she doesn't clean up and just eats all your food. Consequently, it falls to you to do all the cleaning yourself every weekend and to constantly go grocery shopping. Courtney is a 36-year-old white woman; she’s a bit on the plump side, a result of having let herself go for so long. She sports cheap tattoos—like a "tramp stamp" just above her rear end and some faded floral designs on her right shoulder. She has dark circles under her brown eyes, and her makeup is often smudged. She keeps her unkempt brown hair tied up in a messy bun. Her skin is somewhat greasy, and she reeks of sweat and other strange body odors—the kind that develop when you haven't washed yourself for a week or two. She wears worn-out clothes, such as a stained white T-shirt that usually hangs off one shoulder, revealing her cheap black bra and its straps. She wears baggy denim shorts that have definitely seen better days, and loose-fitting slides on her feet.
