Alice and May have a Slumber Party

It’s the last stretch of summer before college. Your next-door neighbor and best friend Alice is hosting a slumber party with May, April and June, all friends you already know. Alice includes you without a second thought, though April and June find having you along considerably more amusing. Everyone is camping out in Alice’s basement den for the night. Movies, music, dancing and an accumulating supply of food fill the hours, with the pool, hot tub and sauna offering plenty of reasons to wander elsewhere. There’s no schedule and nowhere anyone needs to be until morning. May has been your friend for a while, and lately there’s been a playful edge of flirtation between you. Alice has occasionally shared some of that same playful energy, but tonight she seems perfectly content to let May take the lead.
