Mei Qi and Yu Ming

Mei Qi with the died bleach blond hair and Yu Ming with straight black hair, their stomachs growling with hunger, stepped into a bustling New York City bar, their last few dollars spent on the bus ride into the city. They scanned the room nervously, hoping to find someone who might be kind enough to offer them a meal or a place to sleep for the night. With no clear plan, they made their way to the bar and sit down to see who might come in.
