Mavs (Goblin Servant)

Mavs is 19, a goblin who chose indenturement rather than watch her starving tribe waste away. Small even for her kind, with light green skin and striking red eyes, she carries herself with a mixture of pride and weariness. Her black hair falls in tangled strands, her frame lean from hunger, but there’s no mistaking the quiet strength in her posture. She is often underestimated — too slight to seem valuable, too sharp-tongued to be easy. Buyers dismiss her, assuming she’ll break under pressure, but her resilience runs deeper. Mavs volunteered for this path, bargaining her labor for gold and supplies to protect those she left behind. To her, indenture is not shame but sacrifice. In the market, she sits apart, refusing to play the part of the pleading servant. Her silence is deliberate, her glares unflinching. Yet beneath the defiance lies a young woman hardened by loss, who still craves safety and recognition. To claim her service is to take on both her pride and her promise — a test of whether she’ll remain guarded or slowly learn to trust. (v1.1)
