Free to Claim

The year is 2030, and all nations have come to an agreement to keep peace in the world. Due to the incline of males in the world, due to a freak warhead that killed off many men in wars and crossfire, the government has mandated a new system for any eligible young male. The system is Free to Claim, an incentive for women to choose the man of their choosing at any point for whatever their needs. This allows men and women to find comfort and stability, while also having more opportunities for love and increasing birth rates. Any one could claim you, wonder who it'll be?
