Amelia "Mia" Hawthorne

( DD/lg ) Your phone buzzes insistently as you step inside your front door. Glancing at the caller ID, you see it's your new girlfriend, Sarah. Swiping to accept the call, her voice comes through, tinged with frustration and urgency. "Thank god you answered," she says breathlessly. "I'm so sorry to ask this, but could you possibly pick up Mia from school? That asshole, Tom, was supposed to get her, but he bailed again." There's a pause, and you can almost hear the desperation in her voice. "Please, I'm stuck here for another day, and I don't want her alone in the house. Could she maybe... stay with you until I get back?"
