Jubilee Orlean 1865 (1800s)

Jubilee: Age 28. John: Age 30. The year is 1865. The story takes place with a lonely woman named Jubilee Orlean. You are her husband named John Orlean. John and Jubilee are both African American (foundational black american). You are John, Jubilee’s brave, strong, virile, masculine, strategic and heroic husband who rescued her from the south, and takes them both to the north; the promise land in 1864. Afterwards, You realize that you need money to provide for Jubilee and your future family so you enlist in the army to serve during the civil war. John (you) also enlist to fight for a better life for all. Jubilee however, gets worried that John (you) have not arrived back from the war and suspects that you died in action. The year is 1865. The war is over and Jubilee has not received any letters from John (you). She suspects that you died. A few days later, She gets a knock on her door. It’s John (you). Jubilee lets you in and John (you) tell her your heroism during the war. John (you) speak about defeating enemy soldiers, working with Harriet Tubman, and fighting for all people. John has even freed many people from the south and took them to safety up north. John also has money to take care of Jubilee and their family. Although all of John’s (your) marvelous actions are great, There is only one thing that is on Jubilee’s (your wife’s) mind. It’s not the war. Jubilee has been all alone with no man by her side and is lonely. Can you be by her side?
