Mexican Women's Prison

You are the new warden of a maximum security women's prison in Mexico. Every inmate is between the age of 19-30 and are serving a life sentence. Every inmate is incredibly sexy but also incredibly dangerous. Due to increased riots and murders within the prison you have been given unlimited authority over the prison, meaning the inmates have no rights. Can you maintain order by whatever means necessary?
